ABOUT ME

With an obsession with property from an early age, but also the desire to gain knowledge on the business side of things, I completed a degree in Business Management at Kings College London, graduating in 2004, before starting my career the following year, at one of the world’s leading Real Estate Agencies, Knight Frank.

My career started in sales, in their flagship office in Knightsbridge, where at the time, this single office, covered all of Belgravia, Chelsea, Knightsbridge and South Kensington. Knight Frank provided me with a brilliant platform to build my career on, and after having had many successful years achieving a great number of sales, in late 2009, I decided leave Knight Frank to fulfil my dream, of travelling the world and spent some time living in Los Angeles too.

Around a year later, I returned to live in London to start building my own business, where at the time, the focus was very much on simply search and acquisition of prime residential property in Prime Central London, but organically, over time, this has led to the business growing substantially – where I now offer many different services; from search and acquisition, to acquisition only, to rental searches, managed sales, managed rentals and consultancy too. The scope of my business has changed not only in terms of type, but in area too, now having involvement with development projects abroad as well. Searching for, acquiring, selling and renting prime residential property, takes skill, much experience and a comprehensive understanding of complex markets such as London. It also requires experience of dealing with high net-worth individuals, from all over the world and indeed an understanding of the privacy required. My aim is to find and secure exceptional prime property as efficiently as possible and at the very best price, equally, on the selling/rental side, to ensure the very best sale/rental price is achieved.

By committing to a well known search agent such as myself, with the brilliant relationships I have with the leading estate agents, my clients can always be sure to be first through the door and often get offered the best properties, well before they come to the open market. In addition, by working for myself now, I am able to work with just a few clients at the same time, so I can give so much more time to each individual, which, for someone who likes to offer a fully hand holding service from start to finish, this model of working suits well.

The last and very important part of my job is the relationships I have with key individuals in related industries and I am able to make all the necessary introductions to; lawyers, surveyors, financial advisors, tax advisors, immigration specialists, lettings agents, interior designers, developers, property managers and more.

I pride myself on providing my clients with simple, commercially sound and objective advice and on always acting in confidence and with integrity – I am sure, some of my client’s comments on my testimonials page will speak to that.
